Asinara gets a well deserved win

It ended up being no more than a piece of work for Asinara to get off the mark comfortably at Ffos Las. Admittedly the opposition wasn't of a particularly high standard but she won very easily. We have always held her in high regard, and went into her second race pretty confident and really weren't expecting to come across The Brittania winner at a cold evening meeting at Southwell! She's a big, rangy filly who is also a late foal and she did go through a weak period. However she seems over that now, and hopefully this win will be a stepping stone to better things.
