Excellent wages including pool money and a very generous recommend a friend bonus. We also give one afternoon off per week on top of every other weekend, plus 30 days holiday (inclusive of bank holidays). Full time stable staff have four afternoons off every alternate week. Each member of staff receives a complimentary sponsored “Stonegate Homes & Charlie Hills” polo shirt, gilet, jacket and hat cover. The successful candidates will be enthusiastic, competent in all areas of racehorse husbandry, accompany horses to the races (including trips overseas) and must be able to ride racehorses to a high standard.
