Group 3 glory for Garrus

Garrus is a big favourite in the yard so you can imagine the delight his win in the Prix de Meautry generated. He probably enjoyed the fact they dont go as fast early on in races in France, and he always looked to have the race under control. Ioritz Mendizabal loved him, but he also suggested he might enjoy an extra furlong which opens up more options. The Prix de la Foret could be an aim later in the year.
