May Sonic wins again

Yet again May Sonic repaid the patience of his owners by striking in the conditions race at Chelmsford. Despite being 10lbs wrong in the race, and being unable to adopt his usual front running tactics he still won. Kieran Shoemark thought he was going to win by a couple of lengths, but he said the horse just waited when he got alongside the leader and was only doing enough. There sounds like there was a bit more in the tank and hopefully he can step up to Listed class. We do need it to rain for him to run on the turf, as he won’t be risked on anything faster than soft ground.
