Socialite shows his class at Windsor

We have been waiting patiently for the rain, but it had got to the stage that we had to get Socialite out for a run as he has entries at Ascot. The ground was probably a touch too quick for him, but he handled it and won comfortably. It was great to see him behave before the race and relax in it, especially after his very strange run at Newmarket. We’ll see what the handicapper does before committing to his next target. We’ve always thought he was a stakes horse, so it could be Ascot or it could be a stakes race elsewhere.
