Special win as The Ice Phoenix scores

It was very special to see the colours of Ann Plummer and her family come home in front on a son of Phoenix Of Spain, as The Ice Phoenix scored at Lingfield. The Irish National Stud are also involved with this horse, which made it even more pleasing. The Ice Phoenix is a big, rangy horse who has more than a look of his dad about him, he also has his laid back temperament. As he grows and matures over the winter we should see a much stronger horse next year, and we are really looking forward to seeing what he can do.
