Delighted to secure a first Group win for Mutasaabeq

He’s one of the best bred horses around, has the looks and ability to go with it so it was great to get a Group 2 win by Mutasaabeq’s name as he really deserved it. Like some of his other siblings he does suffer from a lack of concentration at times which is why we put the blinkers on him. He has a great cruising speed which he is able to quicken off, and apart from his two visits to Goodwood, he hasn’t run a bad race in his life. The team at Shadwell will make a plan as to where he goes next, but the great thing with him is he’s not ground dependent which helps hugely at this time of year.
