Saratoga Gold - the gift that keeps on giving

Saratoga Gold is very firmly up there as the biggest favourite in the yard following his second Derby success - this time in the Apprentice Derby. Ridden to win for the third time by a member of the team (this time Owen Lewis), he has provided three of the most memorable days of the season for us. He is also our winning most horse in the yard, having won four races this season. His owner/breeder David Keast has been very sporting allowing Kayleigh, Dan and Owen to ride him and has been justly rewarded. The horse himself has been improved markedly by the application of blinkers and looks like he could win again!
